Elmec’s work is not limited to our headquarters in Turin. We carry out transfers of all types and sizes, providing a comprehensive “turnkey” service tailored to our clients’ needs. 

We manage the complete relocation of presses, including lifting, transportation, customs documentation, packaging and final installation. Our team ensures a smooth and efficient process, providing full support during production start-up in Italy, throughout Europe and in most worldwide. 

Our press overhaul services, ranging from hydraulic press overhauls to mechanical press overhauls, can be carried out either at the customer’s site or at our facility near Turin. 

All press overhauls at Elmec are customized to meet the customer’s production requirements and fully comply with the standards set by the Machinery Directive. 

Our retrofit service for structural modifications, performance upgrades and speed enhancements includes:

• Mechanical press retrofit 
• Electrical press retrofit.

All machines can be certified and assessed upon completion of overhaul, with the support of our authorized partners. 

We also provide maintenance programs for mechanical and hydraulic presses, software maintenance for press control systems, electrical maintenance and customized retrofit solutions. Service contracts are available on a semi-annual or annual basis.
