Retrofit is specifically aimed at upgrading the machine by installing the latest technologies, aligning the performance of an older machine with that of modern generation equipment. 

Press overhaul is carried out by technicians with extensive industry experience and a high level of professionalism. They ensure effective resolution of technical issues, perform maintenance and optimize equipment by implementing the necessary modifications to achieve maximum machine efficiency.

Our press overhaul services, ranging from hydraulic to mechanical presses, can be performed either on-site at the customer facility or at our headquarters near Turin. 

All press overhauls at Elmec are customized according to the customer’s production needs and fully comply with the requirements of the Machine Directive. 

Our retrofit service for structural modifications, performance upgrades and speed enhancements includes:

All machinery can be certified and inspected upon completion of the overhaul, with the support of our authorized partners. 

We also provide maintenance programs for mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, software maintenance for presses and electrical maintenance for presses, as well as customized press retrofit services, with six-month and annual service contracts.
